The easement for the Safford Lateral at this location is a minimum of forty five feet (45') total, fifteen feet (15') left, and thirty feet (30') right from centerline, facing downstream. These easements must be protected. Any construction or encroachment prior to a signed License Agreement and approved plan is unacceptable. All municipal surface drainage must be retained on-site.
