In compliance with Meridian City Code § 11 -5A -6.D, I did personally post the subject property on the
18th day of August 2018. Signs were posted for Short Plat consisting of 3 commercial lots on 7.95
acres of land in the C -G zoning district; and City Council Review to eliminate development agreement
as required with the approval of Langley Associates for Stonemont Subdivision (H-2018-0078)
located at 3520 E. Overland Road.
