B, R-C, R-D, and R-E and modify other related sections in Chapters 1-3 of the Unified
Development Code (UDC) to coincide with the proposed naming convention for residential district
naming convention text amendment

The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) reviewed the referenced text amendment application and has the
following comments:
1. ITD does not object to the amendment of the Unified Development Code (UDC) to change the naming
convention of the residential districts to reduce confusion as described in the application.
