NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of
Idaho that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian
City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 6, 2018 for
the purpose of reviewing and considering the applications of:
Ed Bowman for Rezone of 1.86 acres of land from the L-O zoning district to the R-15 zoning district; and a
Preliminary Plat consisting on nineteen (19) single family residential lots and two (2) common lots on approximately
1.86 acres of land in the proposed R-15 zoning district for Razzberry Point Villas Subdivision (H-2018-0072)
located at 1434 and 1492 E. Star Dr.
West Ada School District for Annexation and Zoning of 108.76 acres of land with an R-8 zoning district,
and a Conditional Use Permit for an education institution (high school) in an R-8 zoning with lighted fields and an
outdoor speaker system within and adjoining a residential district for Owyhee High School (H-2018-0075) located at
7020 W. Ustick Rd.
Chad Slichter for Conditional Use Permit for a 12,825 square foot office/storage building on 0.993 acres
of land in an L-O zoning district for EEG Office Building (H-2018-0081) located at 551 SW 5th Ave.
Meridian Fire Department for a Conditional Use Permit for a Fire Station (quasi-public use) on 1.99
acres in the R-8 zoning district for Meridian Fire Station No. 6 (H-2018-0083) located at 1435 W. Overland Rd.
Copies of the above applications are available for review upon request. Any interested persons shall be
heard at said public hearing. Oral testimony may be limited to three (3) minutes per person. Written testimony may be
submitted prior to the hearing, either in person or via U.S. Mail, to Meridian City Clerk, 33 E. Broadway Suite 104,
Meridian, Idaho 83642, or by email to cityclerk@meridiancity.org. Persons interested in being heard regarding the
above applications should plan to submit written testimony or testify at the hearing. All written testimony and all
materials presented at the hearing shall become property of the City of Meridian and public records subject to the
provisions of the Idaho Public Records Act. Anyone desiring accommodation for disabilities related to documents
