September 12, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Main Hearing Room #1235, on the first floor, 200 W. Front

201801016-ZC-DA-PBA, A Rezone from RUT to C1 with a Development Agreement of an existing area that is
being added through a PBA to an existing parcel to allow for structures to meet the minimum setback areas. The
property contains 15.535 acres and is located at 595 & 745 W. Ustick Road in Section 1, T. 3N, R. 1W, Meridian, ID.
