PZ - 2018-08-16 Meridian PressNOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 16, 2018 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the applications of: 4345 Linder Road, LLC for Annexation and Zoning of 40.6 acres of land to the R-4 zoning district; and a Preliminary Plat consisting of 128 single family residential lots and 10 common lots on approximately 40.6 acres in the proposed R-4 zoning district for Whitecliffe Estates Subdivision (H-2018-0074) located at 943 W. McMillan Rd. Matt Huffield for a Conditional Use Permit for a drive-through establishment within 300 feet of existing residences for Zions Bank Drive Through (H-2018-0077) located at 1767 W. Island Green Dr. Chad Olsen for a Conditional Use Permit for a multi-family development consisting of 68 residential units on 1.698 acres of land in a C-G zoning district for Verraso Village North (H-2018-0071) located at 3471, 3513, 3543 and 3561 E. Tecate Ln. TTS Development, LLC for Rezone of property from L-O (1.494 acres) to C-C, a Short Plat consisting of two (2) commercial building lots on 1.33 acres of land in a proposed C-C zoning district, and to Modify an Existing Development Agreement to change from those uses allowed within the L-O zoning district, to those allowed within the C-C zoning district for Belveal Subdivision (H-2018-0076) located at 385 S. Locust Grove Rd. Copies of the above applications are available for review upon request. Any interested persons shall be heard at said public hearing. Oral testimony may be limited to three (3) minutes per person. Written testimony may be submitted prior to the hearing, either in person or via U.S. Mail, to Meridian City Clerk, 33 E. Broadway Suite 104, Meridian, Idaho 83642, or by email to cityclerk@meridiancity.org. Persons interested in being heard regarding the above applications should plan to submit written testimony or testify at the hearing. All written testimony and all materials presented at the hearing shall become property of the City of Meridian and public records subject to the provisions of the Idaho Public Records Act.
