In accordance with the City of Meridian public hearing process listed in UDC 11-
5A-6, I personally posted or attest that the subject property was properly posted
on July 13, 2018 , which is at least ten (10) days prior to the scheduled
public hearing for H-2018-0046 for the
annexation and zoning of the property located at 1035 E Fairview Avenue.
I have submitted photograph(s) of the posting to the City, concurrent with this
affidavit. The sign(s) will be removed no later than three (3) days after the public
hearing.
