Sam, I’ll cover your concerns with a response.
• Page 6, sixth bullet – Block 6 does not have lots 46 & 47 and is not in the northwest corner of the plat. Please
confirm where this concern is.
• This was a carryover from a previous report. My apologies. Please ignore.
• Page 17 exhibit B 1.1.5 – I included a couple concept in the application documents. Do I need to summit more
than that?

• Page 17 exhibit B 1.1.8 – this is redundant, same as 1.1.5. see previous question.

I have a couple questions for you to clarify regarding parts of the staff report.

Attached is the staff report for the proposed rezone, development agreement modification and preliminary
plat for Fairbourne Subdivision H-2018-0052. This item is scheduled to be on the Commission agenda on July
12, 2018. The public hearing will be held at City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Avenue, beginning at 6:00 pm. Please
call or e-mail with any questions.
Sam - Please submit any written response you may have to the staff report to the City Clerk’s office
