In accordance with the City of Meridian public hearing process listed in UDC 11-
5A -5D, I personally posted or attest that the subject property was properly posted
on 7/5/18 , which is at least ten (10) days prior to the scheduled
public hearing for:
PURPOSE: Replacement of the existing Development Agreement with a new agreement to accommodate
the proposed residential development plan; Amendment to the Future Land Use Map contained in the
Comprehensive Plan to change the land use designation on 37.87 acres of land from Commercial to
Medium High Density Residential; Rezone of 38.48 acres of land from the C•0 to the R•15 (west 22.59
acres) and R•40 ( east 15.89 acres) zoning districts; Preliminary plat consisting of 141 building lots
and 18 common area lots on 37.87 acres of land; Conditional use permit for a multifamily development
consisting of 272 dwelling units in the R•40 zoning district.
