BEGINNING at the South one-quarter corner of said Section 10; thence, along the south boundary of
said SW1/4 of the SEI/4,

2) N.00°44'38"E., 25.00 feet to the centerline of the Kennedy Lateral and the southwest corner
of Lot 1, Block 1 of Umbria Subdivision, recorded in Book 101 of Plats, at Pages 13200-
13204, records of Ada County, Idaho; thence, along said centerline and the exterior boundary
of said Umbria Subdivision the following courses:
