Clerk – This project needs to be re-noticed and continued to the Council hearing on June 19 th as the notice did not
include properties on the south side of Columbia Rd. within 1,000 feet of the site.
Mike – After the Council hearing on June 5 th , please update the date on the public hearing notice sign to reflect the June
19 th hearing date.
