Sonya,
Timber Creek Recycling, LLC requests that the hearing before the City Council on its application (H-2018-0042) to amend
the Development Agreement be delayed to June 26, 2018. Timber Creek Recycling, LLC requests this delay for the
following reasons:
1. Timber Creek Recycling was not given the addresses of all persons entitled to receive notice of the required
neighborhood meeting, thus the notices sent out for the required neighborhood meeting were inadequate.
2. Timber Creek Recycling will be holding another neighborhood meeting and desires additional time between the
meeting and the hearing before the City Council to address concerns raised by the neighbors at the meeting.
Lastly, and in response to concerns raised by neighbors at the first neighborhood meeting, Timber Creek Recycling, LLC
will be withdrawing the proposed modification to the Development Agreement to permit crushing of asphalt and
concrete, as set forth in Section 4.8.2(d) of the revised Development Agreement.
Will you please confirm receipt of this request and that it will be presented tonight at the City Council Meeting.
