NOTICE OF HEARING.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIV-
EN pursuant to the Ordi-
nances of the City of Meridian
and the Laws of the State of
Idaho that the City Council of
the City of Meridian will hold
a public hearing at the Meridi-
an City Hall, 33 East Broad-
way Avenue, Meridian, Idaho,
at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on
Tuesday, June 5, 2018 for
the purpose of reviewing and
considering the applications
of:
Brian Zimmerman for An-
nexation and Zoning for
1.13 acres of land with the I -L
(0.72 acres) and R-8 (0.42
acres) zoning district for Zim-
merman Auto Body (H-
2018-0029) located at 1775
W. Pine Ave.
Michael Murgoitio for
Amendment to the Develop-
ment Agreement to include
the following : expansion of
the existing recycling busi-
ness to allow a commercial
composting component; recy-
cling of additional materials
(i.e. food waste, garden
waste, demolition debris, and
other materials in the same
category); utilization of equip-
ment (i.e. loaders, excava-
tors, conveyors, trommels
hopper boxes , air systems%
compressors, generators,
windrower, crusher, grinder,
watering trucks , loaders,
graders, tractors with imple-
ments, fork lifts and other
heaequipment) and activi-
tiesle. crushing, grinding ,
screening, windrowing, un-

etc.) necessary for compost-
ing; modification of the prop-
erty to include a weather sta-
tion, scale house, bathroom
with a septic system, storage
shed (approximately 40' x 8'),
leaching ponds and berms;
parking of delivery trucks and
heavy equipment; and mar-
keting and sale of processed
recycling materials including
but not limited to mulch, com-
post, bark, playground chips,
sand, stone, etc. for Timber
Creek' Recycling (H-2018-
0042) located at 7695 S. Lo-
cust Grove Rd.
Copies of the above appli-
cations are available for re-
view upon request. Any inter-
ested persons shall be heard
at said public hearing. Oral
testimony may be limited to
three (3) minutes per person.
Written testimony may be
submitted prior to the hear-
ing, either in person or via
U.S. Mail, to Meridian City
Clerk, 33 E. Broadway Suite
104, Meridian, Idaho 83642,

Persons interested in being
heard regarding the above
applications should plan to
submit written testimony or
testify at the hearing. All writ-
ten testimony and all materi-
als presented at the hearing
shall become property of the
City of Meridian and public
records subject to the provi-
sions .of the Idaho Public
Records Act. Anyone desiring

That I am a citizen of the United States,
and at all times hereinafter mentioned
was over the age of eighteen years, and
not a party to the above entitled action.

Meridian Press, a weekly newspaper
published in the City of Meridian, in the
County of Ada, State of Idaho; that
the said newspaper is in general
circulation in the said County of
Ada, and in the vicinity of
Meridian, and has been
uninterruptedly published in said
County during a period of seventy-eight
