PZ - Neighborhood Meeting LetterTo Whom it May Concern, We wanted to send an updated to all our neighbors within 300 feet of our project THE KEEP. Our project will still include 51 acres on the SW Corner of Eagle Rd and Lake Hazel. Since our neighborhood meeting on November 14th 2017 we have been working diligently with the City of Meridian to develop a plan for this community that would offer all public utilities. The most difficult has been the sewer! An agreement has been reached and we will be installing mainline sewer from our property north down Eagle Rd ¼ a mile to connect into a sewer trunk line. Through this process and additional expense we have decided to modify our plat to help recoup some of the additional expense. We went from a total of 38 lots to now a total of 59 buildable lots and one lot for a common area/park. As you can see from the attached plat, these lots are all still very large and at least twice the size of most lots in the area. We are calling them “Idaho Sized Lots”. The average sized lot is roughly 25,000 SF. The caliber of homes in the sub will still be custom and $600,000+!! This will add some additional cars to the area and a few more neighbors to all of you so we wanted to make you aware.
