Re: Request for Continuance
On behalf of Jayo Land Development Company, Inc., I would like to request a continuance for the scheduled
public hearing on May 17 to the June 6th date, to allow us the needed time to revise the development plans and
ensure that we are presenting a project that will have the city staff support and will ultimately provide an addition to
the neighborhood that the city and adjacent property owners can be proud of. After holding a second
neighborhood meeting with revised site plans, we need additional time to further review and refine the site design,
proposed amenities and qualified open space to meet the intent of the development requirements and to coincide
with the concerns of the adjacent property owners.
