PZ - Meridian PressNOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 6, 2018 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the applications of: Jack L. Hammond for Annexation and Zoning of 60.55 acres of land (7.07 to R-8 and 53.47 to R-2) to the R-2 and R-8 zoning districts; and a Preliminary Plat consisting of 59 single family residential lots and 10 common lots on approximately 53.47 acres in the proposed R-2 and R-8 zoning districts for Keep Subdivision (H-2018-0043) located at the southeast corner of E. Lake Hazel Rd. and S. Eagle Rd. Copies of the above applications are available for review upon request. Any interested persons shall be heard at said public hearing. Oral testimony may be limited to three (3) minutes per person. Written testimo ny may be submitted prior to the hearing, either in person or via U.S. Mail, to Meridian City Clerk, 33 E. Broadway Suite 104, Meridian, Idaho 83642, or by email to cityclerk@meridiancity.org. Persons interested in being heard regarding the above applications should plan to submit written testimony or testify at the hearing. All written testimony and all materials presented at the hearing shall become property of the City of Meridian and public records subje ct to the provisions of the Idaho Public Records Act.
