We are in support of the project, and believe both projects will compliment each other. We are pleased to see that the developers will be required to tile the Kennedy lateral canal between the two projects, and think the recent changes on building location will help. When construction starts, we request that the construction teams are sensitive to the residents whose apartments face West toward the new construction activity, and are sensitive to noise and dust abatement so it does not negatively impact them or our complex. Also, we will be constructing a storage unit project on the 3 acre parcel between the proposed project and Franklin Road while construction is commencing on the Entrata project.
