Message I wanted to voice my concerns with the proposed 4 story apartment on Ustick rd., this
area is growing at a rapid pace already and the addition of these apartments
would make this area a nightmare. The newly two lane each way road recently done
now makes travel bearable but adding 272 family units which is estimated max 542
vehicles that would put us back were we were, especially since the main road is
Ustick. Also, with the that amount of units our schools and public areas will be over
populated more that they are. We would be best to allow that area to be for the built of
houses which would be significantly less impact to our population. There is already a
large complex being built on Meridian and McMillan Road that will significantly
impact the way of life of all meridian people. Proposing another without seeing how
the one currently being built would be wrong.
