Good afternoon everyone,
I live in the Vallin court subdivision and I am completely against the proposed “Summer Town Subdivision”
apartment complex at Ustick/Venable. Proposed complex will have 4 stories apartment and it doesn’t fit with in
surrounding neighborhood with mostly single story housing. These 4 stories apartment might appropriate at some other
locations but not in a single dwelling neighborhood. Originally this proposed subdivision was going to consist of a 55+
area with some multifamily 2 (two) story apartments and some commercial buildings front on Ustick. Developer should
go back to that original plan.
Please deny this application and make the developer go back to original plan and build apartments that are not
higher than 2 stories.
