Subject: a voice against Summertown Subdivision
Good morning, Mr. Borton -
I live in the Crossfield Subdivision and have great concerns over the proposed "Summertown
Subdivision" apartment complex at Ustick/Venable. With other very large apartment complexes
going in within a couple miles of that location already, the increase in traffic appears as though it
may be unsustainable. In addition to concern over the influx of traffic on local roads, there is
even greater concern about over-crowding in Meridian schools (West Ada School District).
Single-residence homes would be much preferable for the neighborhood, for traffic, for schools.
Thank you for denying any and all permits for this development of that piece of land.
Sincerely -
Kristen Swafford
