Ms. Allen,
I would like to request a continuance for the scheduled public hearing this Thursday (4/19) to the May 17 th date, to
allow us the needed time to revise the development plans and ensure we are presenting a project that will have city
staff support and will ultimately provide an addition to the neighborhood that the city and the adjacent property owners
can be proud of. We need more time to further review and refine the site design, proposed amenities, and required
qualified open space to meet the intent of the development requirements.
