Our little house is at 802 W Pine Ave which has 7 th on its left side and 8 th immediately on its right. We already have quadrupled the amount of traffic on Pine (which runs in front of our house) from having it continue through to Eagle Road so even thinking about adding 59 houses,in that small area that can only exit either 7 th or Cherry, is just beyond imagining. It’s hard enough with the middle school traffic on 8 th . We have four children and it is becoming more and more unsafe for them to even ride their bikes on the side roads. PLEASE, PLEASE re-consider this project and think if it were your little house and your little children that were living there every day and had to deal with the noise and traffic. When we purchased the house in 1998 it was q uite, safe, and a wonderful place for children to play. I know that Meridian is growing quickly but per the paper yesterday, let it be smart growth and cramming all those homes in that small space without adequate roads, is not smart growth for Meridian. Thank you so much for your consideration. I will be praying that you are provided with strength and wisdom for this important decision. Sincerely, Heidi Sells 208-871-6399 Heidisells77@gmail.com Dear Debra, Please provide the petition for me to sign as well. 2 Thanks for providing all the information and documentation for us to make a statement for this innapropriate project for our small area.
