CC - Request to Council from ApplicantSonja,
I would request the following items below be granted approval by
Council as part of the development of the future Fast Eddys at 3775
N. Eagle Road Meridian Idaho 83642.
1.1.1 A. Be allowed to leave current office building on site for a
construction job site office as it will be demolished before any
Certificate of Occupancy is given on the new buildings.
1.1.1 C. Be allowed to split into 2 parcels
1.1.1 E. Not be required to record a easement for cross access to the
North as this will very negatively impact internal circulation to the
development. This will also be a safety concern to pedestrian access
to the site.
1.1.3 D. Along the North property line reduce the landscaping to 12’
with a berm and a 4’ fully screened fence planned along that North
property line.
