CC - Meridian Press 04-06-18NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho that the City Council of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 24, 2018 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the applications of: Challenger Development for City Council Review for the purpose of extending the expired Plat to allow a 6-month extension to obtain City Engineer’s signature for Trilogy Subdivision No. 1 (H-2018-0024) Final Plat located at the Southeast corner of W. Chinden Boulevard and N. Black Cat Road; 745 W. Ustick, LLC for Annexation and Zoning of 15.13 acres of land with a TN-R zoning district for Summertown Subdivision (H-2017-0142) located at 745 W. Ustick Road; Gramercy LLC for City Council Review for the purpose of extending the expired plat to allow a 6-month extension to obtain City Engineer’s signature for Gramercy Heights No. 2 (H-2018-0025) Final Plat located south of East Overland Rd. and west of East Copper Point Dr. Copies of the above applications are available for review upon request. Any and all interested persons shall be heard at said public hearing, and the public is welcome and invited to submit testimony. Oral testimony may be limited to three (3) minutes per person. Written materials may be submitted seven (7) days prior to the above hearing date so that all interested parties may examine them prior to the hearing. All materials presented at public meetings shall become property of the City of Meridian.
