During our process of annexation and rezoning of 745 W. Ustick Rd. aka "Summertown" we
have discovered there needs to be a property line adjustment between the properties known as
745 W. Ustick Rd. (Summertown) and 595 W. Ustick Rd. (Blue Rider Music) in favor of Blue
Rider. In order to perform a property line adjustment we will need to annex Blue Rider's Property
into the city and zone the property to the equivalent to what it is currently zoned in Ada County
which will deed a few feet of land from 745 W. Ustick Rd. to the property owner of 595 W. Ustick
Rd. located to the East. Please note this process will not change the use or design of the
property, in this meeting we intend to discuss our proposed annexation on 595 W. Ustick Rd.
Meridian, ID 83642 and how this process will have no effect on your day to day life as a resident
of the area. We are preparing to ask the City of Meridian to annex this property into the city and
rezone the property to C-2. We will be holding a meeting on Tuesday April 17th, 2018 at 5 pm
at the Meridian Public Library located at 1326 W Cherry Ln, Meridian, ID 83642. We welcome
