Attached are the Planning & Zoning Commission’s recommendations and the Staff Report for the proposed conditional use permit and
preliminary plat for Baraya Apartments (H-2018-0003). These items are scheduled to be on the City Council agenda on April 17th,
2018 . The public hearing will be held at City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Avenue, beginning at 6:00 pm. Please call or e-mail with any
questions.
