Here's what they had to say: Request for Mayor and Council Name Amy Bjorkman _replyto amybjorkman@gmail.com Street Address 6182 N Spurwing Way City Meridian State ID Zip Code 83646 Subject Winco Approval Message Dear Mayor and City Council Members, I am writing to state my support for the approval of Winco being built at Chinden and Linder. I live less than a mile from the proposed site and feel it is a benefit to the community and the surrounding neighborhoods. I appreciate the convenience it will bring for my shopping needs and feel that it is an appropriate location, especially considering it will be located on a state highway. I know the people in opposition feel that the increase in traffic is undesirable but they are forgetting that they chose to purchase a home close to a state highway, which would obviously have more traffic as communities grow. Meridian is growing and we need resources to be built along with all the homes. Thank you for your time. Sincerely, Amy Bjorkman This form was submitted at 03:38 PM UTC - 04 April 2018.
