As a resident of Paramount subdivision I would love to see the Costco built at the current location that is being
considered, the corner of 10 mile and Chinden. I also highly approve of the Linder Village project and would welcome it
to my neighborhood. I feel that the developers have done what is necessary to appease the residents of our subdivision.
Unfortunately we have some residents that h ave nothing better to do with their time but complain about these projects.
Make sure they get done before the developers change their minds and build elsewhere. Thanks for your consideration.
