Subject:Costco at Ten Mile & Chinden-opposed
Dear City Council,
I am a resident of Lost Rapids Dr. and am opposed to the development of Costco due to the increased traffic on
my street and surrounding roads. I think there are better locations that do not impact existing residential areas.
Please uphold the zoning laid out in the current comprehensive plan and deny the rezoning of this land.
