Dear City Council Members,
I would like to express my opinion in regards to the devolpment of the southwest corner of N Ten Mile Rd and
W Chinden Blvd. I am entirely in favor of the development of commercial businesses such as Costco being built
in that location. With the growth of Meridian this area has seen significant residential construction and I often
find myself commuting just to get out of the residential area. Costco is a great company. I shop there regularly
and believe this location is perfect. Also, being a young adult struggling to pay for college, I would love to see
the employment this development would bring to the area. I will be one of the first applicants for a position
should this project be approved.
I would like to ask that you consider my statement and approve the application to change this location into a
high commercial zone.
