My is Mike Kemper I live in Kelly Creek we had our home built about 14 years when this area was
mostly corn
Fields and would of loved it if it stayed that way but it hasn’t. I fully support the building of a
new Costco
At Ten Mile & Chinden and Costco is willing’s to put 15 million dollars up front to improve Ten
Mile and Chinden
Is a win win situation for everyone and will benefit this whole area. I strongly encourage the
city council to approve the Costco.
