Subject:Pro Coscto in Meridian
I just wanted to write to let you know that my family and I are in favor of the Costco proposed at Ten Mile and
Chinden. We feel like it will bring good jobs to the area, a tax revenue for the city/schools, and once Chinden is
widened, it will be a good location for Eagle and Star shoppers as well. We know that every square mile of
Meridian cannot be houses, and we know it isn't what the surrounding neighbors want in their backyard, but if
the loading dock location is correct with sufficient barrier to the surrounding homes, we feel like it is a win for
all. Coscto seems much better than many other options.
