I use Chinden all the time. That road already has too much traffic on it. It is not made to handle the amount of
traffic that a Costco would cause. There must be areas where Costco can go (where homes aren't already
built). I don't live in that immediate area, but what is being built around you certainly would have an effect on
whereyou buy a house. That can really affect home values and cause safety issues. I would never buy a house
by a large store like that.
This is a beautiful area. Please don't mess it up with poor planning.
