We have reviewed the staff report and are in agreement with all of the findings and conditions except for one
minor change. We would propose the following wording:
• Ongoing Conditions of Approval Item 1.3.5 –
o The applicant shall have an ongoing obligation to maintain all pathways.
Replace the word “applicant ” with HOA.
