PZ - Fig Letter to Applicant March 14, 2018 Fast Eddy’s c/o Steve Eddy Re: Proposed Fast Eddy’s Development – landscape buffer along the western property line Dear Steve: Please consider this letter FIG Development’s endorsement of your proposed development of Fast Eddy’s near Eagle and Ustick. Per our prior conversations with both you and Meridian City’s staff, we understand that your plans contemplate a driveway along the property line that abuts our Brickyard Subdivision. As shown in the picture below of the Brickyard Subdivision’s landscape plans, we have provided a landscape buffer and a 6’ tall privacy fence between our townhome development and your proposed development. Based on the landscaping and fencing we believe there is a sufficient buffer between the two projects. We look forward to seeing your development get off the ground.
