Subject Costco at Ten Mile and Chinden
Message I support Costco's proposed location at Ten Mile and Chinden. I think they would be a
good neighbor, as they keep their property tidy and they are not open late at night or
very early in the morning. The only thing I would want to be sure of is the tenants that
will occupy the little business strips on the perimeter of the property - no loan sharks,
vape stores... just businesses that support family life since there are so many young
families in the area. Costco should help finance the lane expansions needed for
Chinden and Ten Mile, though. Another thought... if Costco doesn't go in, what will
eventually go in its place? You KNOW that will happen...
