I am writing to support the P&Z recommendation to allow the Costco development of the property located at
the SW corner of Ten Mile and Chinden.
Development will continue to occur throughout our community. I personally, would prefer to see a development
by a company that has the financial stability to add to our infrastructure and maintain the property into the
future.
