Message Dear Mayor and City Council:
Regarding the proposed building of Costco at 10 Mile and Chinden, I'd like to give
my thoughts. Although I am aware that this is a busy traffic area, I also think this is a
excellent location for Costco to be built. This section of the valley is growing and the
growth is probably not going to stop. I shop either at the Nampa or Overland/Cole
store because I fall right in the middle of the two. This location would be ideal for me.
But it would also be ideal for many others. Chinned has to be expanded anyway, so
why not let this be the impetus to get that started? And, if my tax dollars have to go
up a bit, I am willing for that. This is necessary for growth to happen in a good way.
