Caleb Hood, Planning Division Manager Community Development Services Meridian City Hall RE: Bainbridge North – Lost Rapids Subdivision (H-2018-0004) Dear Mr. Hood: As a result of meetings and discussions with staff concerning the referenced Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map Amendment, annexation and rezoning, and preliminary plat applications, Brighton Investments and GFI – Meridian Investments II, we propose the following change: • That the requested Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map Amendment be modified as depicted in the graphic on the following page. Rather than amend the map to Mixed Use - Regional for the entire 78 -acre site, we propose that only the area encompassed by the Lost Rapids Subdivision preliminary plat be amended to the Commercial Land Use Designation; and that the Bainbridge North portion of the project remain unchanged from its current designation of Medium Density Residential. The other applications—annexation with zoning of R-15, R-40, and C -G, and the Lost Rapids Subdivision preliminary plat—remain unchanged, with our request for approval as proposed. For Brighton Inve nents LLC & GFI–Meridian Investments II LLC, Michael . Wardle Director of Planning
