I live about 3/4 mile from the location of the proposed costco on the corner of chinden
and ten mile rd. I believe that the addition of this retail store will be a great benefit to
the area and meridian as a whole. In my opinion costco will improve land value,
provide jobs and offer shopping. These benefits far outway in drawbacks
