Message We're residents of SpurWing Greens at Tree Farm and Chinden and want express our
opposition to the rezoning of the property at Ten Mile and Chinden. Based on the
current zoning and the amount of traffic already in that area, building any sort of
large industrial/commercial complex would be a huge mistake. There has to be a
better place! So many reasons that this should never happen it's not hard to
understand. Does the city want to become another example of unmitigated sprawl
like as happened to California. The council needs to say "no" to Costco! Les and
