Message I want to express my approval for the application by Costco to develop the corner of
Ten Mile Rd. and Chinden Blvd. for a new store and shopping complex. I know that
residents in the area have concerns about traffic but I can see that many new
subdivisions are being developed in the area and those new residents need to shop
