Subject Support for Costco
Message I strongly support the proposed site for Costco. I have lived in Meridian 9 years and
most of that time have wanted a Costco retail store within its borders. As a citizen of
Meridian, I see the tax revenues Costco can bring in as a strong support to the fast
growth of our town. I also strongly support the proposal of widening Chinden and
Ten Mile. Meridian has grown fast and continues to grow. Many roads could use
widening and the opportunity to get more sections completed will help keep Meridian
moving. Chinden is way behind on it's development and this could be impetus to start
fixing the congestion there.
