Message I am writing in support of the current Costco development plan. I have lived in the
Bridgetower neighborhood since 2006 and never doubted that the major intersections
along both the Ten Mile and Chinden corridors would someday see development
similar to what is being proposed. Having these retailers closer to homes, in many
cases, will decrease the overall congestion around town while accelerating much
needed infrastructure development for the area roads.
The developers have proposed an attractive design and have been very reasonable in
their approach to community concerns. Please allow the project to move forward.
