Subject Support for Costco construction
Message As the city of Meridian continues to expand, businesses like Costco will continue to
be attracted. Inevitably, someone will be impacted. While there might be complaints
from a vocal few, the potential positive impact will effect the entire population of
Meridian and surrounding areas.
As I understand it, the improvements to both Chinden and Ten Mile would not happen
in a timely fashion without the commercial development at Chinden and Ten
Mile. That alone would secure my vote for this development. We need wider roads,
especially on Chinden, which is now a major commute route.
Please approve this project soon so the city of Meridian can enjoy continued
improvement to our quality of life.
