Message I am for the building of the Costco on Ten Mile and Chinden. I think people are
fooling themselves if they believe traffic is going to be affected by the building.
Traffic is already horrible due to too much housing development. Retail developers
like Cost co are willing to do what housing developers won't. They are willing to build
up roads. The land is going to be developed by someone and I would prefer it be
retail. Lastly, retail actually reduces traffic on the roads when people have to travel
less distance to the retail they need.
