Message I am definitely in favor of bring Costco to the Meridian area. I have been carefully
watching the issues with both Costco and the Winco development projects. It seems
to me and a lot of my fellow neighbors that this is an issue of subdivisions on the
edges of these proposed buildings.
When someone chooses to buy a house backing up to an empty lot that sits on a major
street (Chinden)
they should take the time to investigate what might be built in that location in the
future. There are lots of people that w ould like the convenience of having both Costco
and Winco in close proximity to our homes and this should not be an issue because of
a few who didn't take the time to do some research.
