Message I completely support Costo's proposed development at Chinden Blvd & Ten Mile Rd.
This development would greatly enhance Meridian's commercial environment. The
city of Meridian does not benefit from being solely a residential community.
Commercial growth is vital. Continued population growth throughout the valley has
been recognized and is already influencing traffic patterns and road improvements.
Additionally, for the neighborhoods adjacent to the planned development...it's
important to remember that Costco is not a 24/7 business and if necessary noise
abatement can be applied.
