Message I am in favor of the Costco project as described in their application. Reasons: 1.
Since the city is growing a such a fast rate density/traffic becomes an issue; a nearby
store would relieve going to Boise or Nampa. 2. City taxes paid would yield
additional revenue. 3. The city is no longer a rural area or at least not for long, I feel
for the current residence, but change is inevitable and fuel/time saving is a major
benefit for the majority.
