Message As a member of the Spurwing community I want to voice my opinion on the potential
of locating a new Costco at Chinden and Ten Mile. I OPPOSE the siting for the
following reasons:
1. Significant increase in traffic
2. Potential property value impacts
3. Already being impacted by the approved developments at the Chinden/Linder
intersection and the impacts attribitable to the completed LDS Temple
